ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in India, you will be part of the Operations team and play a key role in turning our customer experience into the best in the market.

Your mission will be to help clients to register and get started with Aspire
  • Convert leads that have signed up into active customers
  • Explain to prospects & customers how Aspire works and how it can fit their needs
  • Help customers who face any problems during registration
  • Turn the onboarding process into an amazing customer experience, and lead this initiative from ideation to implementation
  • Be responsible for customer experience metrics along the early stage of the customer journey
Your Profile
  • Passionate about customers & sales
  • 3-7 years work experience in customer success, inside sales, or similar role; preferably as team leader in a startup or tech company
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top university
  • Adaptable and not afraid to push the boundaries to put your customers first
  • Knowledgeable about best practices in onboarding & sales
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills - both verbal and written
  • Positive & get-it-done attitude
