Head of Innovation (Innovation Lab) - Regional Fintech Unicorn

Responsibilities:

• Managing the innovation process inside the organisation that identifies strategies, business opportunities and new technologies and then develops new capabilities and architectures with partners, new business models and new industry structures to serve those opportunities.
• Evangelises innovation so the company is viewed as innovative, visionary and a market leader by customers, industry groups and media.
• Drive the platform/technology innovation, in view of IP differentiation and identification of the gap in the market the IP is addressing.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of overall experience in Tech or FinTech Innovation.
• A deep understanding of concepts such as RPA, blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cognitive computing, web 3, IoT.
• Adaptive thinking and a strong, critical mindset.
• Forward-thinking and adaptable to dynamic situations.
• A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong partnering skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation and multiple countries, effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
