About the role:

At Aspire, we pride ourselves on building an amazing team. We are in need of a Content Creator who will create compelling copy to help Aspire drive traffic and convert leads.

The right person takes initiative and has experience with digital publishing, generating traffic and leads for the business. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work to make a difference to your community with talented & motivated team members in a diverse, energetic workplace. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.

What will you be doing?

• Strategize quarterly content plans keeping in mind the company's macro-priorities
• Create engaging and compelling content to support our content strategies with the goal of customer acquisition and growing our brand's share of voice around relevant topics
• Create long form content like reports, white papers, thought leadership articles
• Create sales enablement content like case studies & one-pagers
• Content formats would primarily include text, but could also include videos, graphics, infographics, web pages, blog posts, and more
• Analyze content performance and leverage results to optimize campaigns and content production
• Work with the team to distribute content

What will you need?

• Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter, storyteller or similar role
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• High level of creativity to develop original content ideas that helps us stand out
• Strong project and people management skills
• Display ownership and become someone the team looks up to
• Experience leading data-driven content analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
• Diploma or bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
