Our client is a listed global blockchain company which has obtained digital currency trading licenses and financial service licenses with international offices around the world.

Description

• Lead with product, marketing, compliance and product growth teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests
• Drive and support exchange user growth by developing and executing new initiatives/solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans
• Design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
• Build and maintain proactive alignment with IT team and internal stakeholders, including product, finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure product can be launched in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain the relationship with central operation team or other external stakeholders, and facilitate product integration and implementation
• Assist management in other strategy research and projects

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above with more than 6 years of related working experience in the banking, fintech or crypto industry is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a strong capability to work under pressure
