Key Requirements of the Lead Business Analyst
- At least 8+ years of experience as a business analyst as well as leading a team of BAs.
- Understanding slicing of requirements and INVEST
- Experience in operating and analysing software, ability to understand technical requirements needed
- Experience in implementing solutions and modeling business process requirements
- Must have some experience in AWS, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Java/Springboot
