Operations Manager, Fintech

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations and settlement on crypto trading business
• Lead and mentor operations team to improve implementation of operational change
• Work with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy
• Demonstrate full competence and a strong knowledge on local and overseas markets settlements
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational risk, enhance customer experience and develop technical changes
• Drive operational efficiency with measurable outcomes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience in a financial exchange operation, ideally crypto exchange
• University degree in Engineering/ Business/ Finance or other relevant disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Trading 
• Strong project management and stakeholder management
• Strong ability in business processes and process optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication
