Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Managing sales team; providing guidance and pipeline management/forecasting.

- Managing entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

- Constantly driving key activities to increase firm's presence in Asia and maximising probability of closing.

- Consistently driving sales pipeline to achieve business targets.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute sales plan.

Qualifications:

- At least 7 years of experience in a Sales/Front-office role in Payments or Business Banking.

- Experience managing a team.

- Proven track record of achieving targets.

- Experienced working closely with C-suite, business owners from SMEs to large corporates.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to work in start-up culture.

- Well-versed in FX or Remittance.
