About the Role:

At Aspire, we're looking for a highly-driven CRM intern to join our regional commercial team. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, excellent communicator, and has a growth mindset. The ideal candidate would have experience in B2B app-based companies in fintech or a startup, has an understanding of CRM lifecycles and best practices, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

What will you be doing:

You will work closely with the CRM team to help implement best practices and guidelines for CRM, from the set up, integration, and reporting across commercial, marketing and operations teams.
  • Help with the set up of our Hubspot platform .
  • Support the team with execution and optimization of automated flows in CRM.
  • Support the team in implementing new processes for commercial and operations teams.
  • Ensure best practices and guidelines are followed by commercial and operations teams in CRM.
  • Ensure data consistency in CRM and make sure commercial teams are up-to-date in their deals.
  • Help with the Marketing Leads flow in CRM (handoff leads from Marketing to Sales).
  • Help with various reports and metrics tracking to get data-driven insights from CRM.
  • Help understand the teams needs and how to better support them.
  • Help teams to make the best use of Hubspot.
  • Support with the documentation (design a Playbook for Commercial teams).
  • Help with the set up of forms , customer surveys and automated emails to be sent to leads and customers.
What will you need:
  • Based in Singapore
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork ethic with an execution mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Hubspot is preferred.
  • Prior experience in technology or financial services industries is a plus.
  • Enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of Singapore's most dynamic environments.
  • Ability to dive deep in topics as required.
  • Passion for finance, technology and start-ups.
