Treasury Manager

Responsibilities;

• Contribute to build-up a cash culture (optimize cash centralization and cash deposit support for APAC entities)

• Optimize internal financing structure (Review and set up cash pooling in APAC and Cross border Cash pooling scheme in China)

• Identify financial risks exposure (mainly forex) with the support of entities and propose hedging strategies.

• Support the bank relationship in APAC/China (including rationalization and development with core-banks of company)

• Being a key player on any financing project (local financing / Leasing …) and balance sheet operations (dividend / capital injection…).

• Deploy and ensure the application of Group treasury policies

• Contribute to implement and enhance the TMS and any other IT systems required to operate as a Tier One Treasury organization.

Technical skills:

• Previous experience of at least 8 years in Treasury and Financial markets activities

• Experience to use trading tool (fx all) / Treasury Management System (TMS) / SAP.

• Experience in financial market activities (forex/interest rate) and cash management

• Extended abilities over Excel and Excel connectivity (databases) Other meaningful skills

• Capable to handle multi-country or complex organisation (built from past experiences)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Good team spirit and solid interpersonal skills

• Business oriented, and result-driven,

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Interested by IT topics.

• Strong analytical skills

• Flexible, good ability to multi-task effectively and ensure timely delivery.

• Proficient in English – Mandarin is a +.

As a Treasurer Manager, you will be responsible for all treasury topics and project in the region (NEA/SEA/Pacific). You will be the first point of contact and get a chance to work with finance but also operations and support on various topics pertaining to the function (financing / Cash management / FX / internal control / bank management / IT project).
