Production Manager -Global Fintech Leader

My client is a global Fintech leader that has offices across 19 countries and is reputable for providing the best trading software to over 57000 institutional users within the capital market.

With a constant growing demand in the region for their products, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their Production Manager team that is in charge of making sure their clients are leveraging the platform to the fullest and assist in growing their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage support services for a portfolio of clients
• Build strategic partnership with client support organization
• Develop new and enhance existing production support practice

Key Requirements:

• Relevant treasury or capital markets IT work experience within a bank or a consultancy firm
• Proven experience in supervising the delivery of production support for a software vendor
• Ability to develop trust-based relationships with client contacts
