Company Profile

Our client company is Asia’ fastest growing one-stop digital asset financial services platform with over $10 billion in assets under custody & management. We are over 300 strong and serve both institutional and retail customers across Asia and Europe.

Role Location

This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Opening and maintaining local and overseas bank accounts, managing relationships with banks to meet the needs of the company's operational work.
• Preparing and processing wire transfer requests and other related matters.
• Preparing daily reconciliation of all banking transactions on banks' platforms.
• Carrying out cash forecasting, preparing monthly cash reports and monitoring cash balance.
• Developing and updating procedures, policies, and processes related to Treasury and AP function.
• Monitoring and managing the Company’s treasury activities such foreign exchange, management of accounts and bank accounts' administration.
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects and reporting needs as required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years experience in a treasury function.
• Excellent communication skills, good command of both written and spoken English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking internal and external stakeholders.
