Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with product and cross-functional leaders to determine and prioritize product strategies.
- Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.
- Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance.
- Providing tactical support to implement ideas.
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals.
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.
- Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and travel.
- Overseeing strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- 3-6 years of relevant full-time work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data science, product or consulting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Strong presenter and a great listener with an exceptional communication and visual product storytelling skillset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator who is able to communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences.
- With strong product and business intuition who can contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals and have a strong understanding of product and business metrics.
- Comfortable with an iterative process to improve strategy, data visualizations and priorities.
- Comfortable with a variety of levels of management and multi-disciplinary teams.
