Responsibilities
•Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by acting as a main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
•Work with sales and other internal teams to provide world class customer service to clients and partners
•Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better engage and problem solve for our clients and partners
•Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
•Generate progress reports for both external and internal audiences
•Updating records of customer communications and contact information
•Creating proposals and reports related to customer onboarding, pitch materials etc
Requirements
•A minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
•Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of crypto products
•A comprehensive understanding of crypto/Web 3 is required
•Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•Self-starter and entrepreneurial mentality
•Independent, works well in fully autonomous and high pressure environments
•Excellent verbal and written skills in English Working at Binance
