Responsibilities:
•Develop new business opportunities across different channels in Europe and maintain relationships with clients.
•Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
•Create and execute localised strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystemIncrease operational efficiency throughout the business development organization.
•Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and markets.
•Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
Requirements:
•A minimum of 6 years of proven success in a Business Development position ideally from sizable payment companies.
•Proven track record in driving growth of a business.
•Strong in strategic thinking, project management skills.
•Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
•Strong problem solving skills.
•Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
•Passion for crypto and digital assets.
•Proficiency in Chinese would be a strong advantage.
