Job Description

Our Client is a software company that provides financial institutions and FinTech companies with tools to enhance their services. Using augmentation, the company focuses on generating data-driven personalised recommendations and insight to their customers.

 

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets that are in line with the company's objectives
  2. Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and carry out the entire sales process from conducting a needs assessment to handling the sales negotiation and closing
  3. Attend events/seminars that the company may participate in so as to be the subject-matter expert in the Digital Banking field
  4. Work together with team members to deliver successful campaigns

 

Requirements

  1.  Proven experience in Software Sales, ideally in the Financial Services industry
  2. Comfortable in working in a start-up like environment
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
