Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing team, develop and execute marketing strategies for the long-term growth of the company
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team and formulate exciting marketing campaigns to grow our client base
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to strategize and execute the company’s public relations plans
• Grow the company’s presence in the online space via digital marketing and social media and actively promote our content via social media platform like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• Generate leads, boost conversion through digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing
• Analyze the impact and effectiveness of campaigns, drive efficiencies and better optimize the efficiency of the marketing executions
• Proficiency with copywriting and has resourceful ways of producing content quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• An experienced professional with at least 5 years of marketing track record
• Driven, flexible and highly motivated to get things done
• Knowledgeable with ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager, SEO/SEM will be an added advantage
• Familiar with financial products like equities / CFD / derivatives and services
• Candidates from the equities / CFD / retail brokering industry will have a strong advantage
• Expected to work closely with overseas offices in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin will be a strong advantage
