Job Description
  • Actively engage and collaborate with different BUs to develop digital sales and marketing capabilities to accelerate growth of digital growth channel.
  • Develop new marketing campaigns and referral programs to optimize online platforms.
  • Work closely with BUs to promote the agenda through identification and prioritization of potential digital partners through playbooks and use cases.
  • Support the BUs in initiation, negotiation, and execute agreements with the full range of partners and continuously identify growth and new campaigns
  • Collaborate across functions within the BUs to build relevant go-to-market plans for newly developed products and technology solutions.

 

Our Requirements:

  • University graduate major in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
  • Proven skills in driving transformation with key agenda on customer centricity
  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in insurance or related industry managing product development or distribution channels
  • Minimum 3 year experience in driving digital sales & marketing or e-commerce with strong marketing experience.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, UI/UX, SEO, landing page optimization, and experience in A/B tests for campaigns


Support the foundation building of digital sales channel for the Asia Pacific region business units as a new source growth. This can be achieved through a test and learn agenda to drive marketing funnel optimization and/or referral for the purpose of lead generation. The role will also perform research and assessment of various startups business model for the purpose of collaboration, strategic investment, or capabilities acquisition for the Group.
