Job Description

Our client is a leading FinTech company providing a one-stop digital payment solutions for merchants and financial institutions to accept a comprehensive suite of payment methods in emerging markets across Southeast Asia. As part of their growth, there is now an opportunity for a rising star to join their team as Head of AML Policy.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the Head of AML Policy will be involved in :-

  • Maintaining expert knowledge of AML/CFT and Sanctions regulations and market practices applicable to the payment's operations.
  • Developing a deep understanding of payment's product suite globally, enterprise financial crime controls, and AML/CFT and Sanctions policies and procedures.
  • Providing expert advisory service to internal stakeholders on AML policy and procedures related to KYC, EDD, Transaction Monitoring and name screening regulation requirements
  • Overseeing and implementing an ongoing AML training program for other employees.

Profile

To qualify, the potential Head of AML Policy should meet the following criteria :-

  • At least 10 years of relevant AML experience within financial services
  • Strong knowledge in B2B payment practices in Singapore and Southeast Asia countries.
  • Proactive, passionate, humble individual that loves to build and lead a team.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
