As a Senior Product Owner, Core Banking (CASA, cards and loans), you will be expected to work with product development scrum squads for developing platform capabilities for delivering customer value proposition of core products and also work data reporting requirements to Bank's Financial, Regulatory, Compliance and Credit Risk systems. This role will also be driving conversation with various Product Owners, Integration Delivery Leads, Data Engineers, Operations and Servicing teams across multiple geographies in delivering requirements related to functional data reporting including responsibilities like:

Senior Product Owner - Core Banking
What will you be doing:
As a Senior Product Owner, Core Banking (CASA, cards and loans), you will be expected to work with product development scrum squads for developing platform capabilities for delivering customer value proposition of core products and also work data reporting requirements to Bank's Financial, Regulatory, Compliance and Credit Risk systems. This role will also be driving conversation with various Product Owners, Integration Delivery Leads, Data Engineers, Operations and Servicing teams across multiple geographies in delivering requirements related to functional data reporting including responsibilities like:
- Engage Technology Leads, Integration Delivery Leads and other relevant stake holders, understand and anticipate their needs and translate into requirement
- Understand the data requirement, identify the data source and define the data sourcing/mapping etc.,
- Establishing a vision and a roadmap for delivery of requirements
- Identify the need for micro services and related APIs to fulfil a requirement
- Understand and implement industry compliance requirements on an ongoing basis
- Lead the SCRUM team as Product Owner
- Periodically review and refine product backlog and always keep it aligned with the MVP and its priorities
- Collaborate with team to define acceptance criteria and participate in agile meetings such as daily scrum, retro's and planning
- Asses the functional solutions, ensure comprehensive user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain product documentation
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Overall 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or System/Business Analyst
- 2 years of experience in working on system integration requirements from a data reporting perspective
- Strong understating and knowledge of retail banking products and ecosystem
- Strong understanding of data and ability to do a data mapping documentation based on the reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing project documentation such as user stories and test scenarios
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive project and business results
- Experience of managing external vendors and partners
Technical Competencies?
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Proficiency in use of collaboration and technical tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Figma, etc
- Knowledge of database, various data format, ETL tools preferred.
