ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Nurturing outbound and inbound leads through the early stages of their buyer journey and uncovering qualified opportunities
  • Working closely with sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process by responding for RFIs & RFPs to a potential client
  • Provide the sales team with data reports of potential client
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
  • Identify and keep up with sales trends to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
  • Analyze where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis (familiar with Hubspot is an advantage)
  • Great motivational skills and independence but also good with teamwork
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management also the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
