ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing the entire sales cycle of partnership acquisition process that involves:
  1. Initiate business by prospecting potential partners either with cold or warm calls/emails;
  2. Conducting follow up with calls and or email communications,
  3. Set up discussion, delivering presentations and demos;
  4. support deal structure and pricing and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals to ensure the targeted revenue is achieved;
  5. 5)closing, which is marked by the acquisition of new partner.
  • Log, track and monitor the acquisition process to maintain business relationship and contact records.
  • Collaborate with presales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
  • Identify potential opportunities to grow the company's footprint and analyze prospecting partners' needs and industry trends to offer proper solutions.
  • Participate in industry and community networking activities to generate leads and promote the products.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold bachelor degree from any major.
  • Have min. 5 years of experience in financial services industry with proven track record in the partnership acquisition field.
  • Those with good contact with Start Up companies (that has 500 employees and below) will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good analytical skill and detailed oriented.
  • Strong desire to drive growth and results.
  • Familiar with fintech and payment industry and terms.
  • Comfortable and own good self-confidence when dealing with mid-level, senior executives and directors.
  • Passionate, self-starter with deep self-motivation.
