Role & Responsibilities
• Managing the entire sales cycle of partnership acquisition process that involves:
1)initiate business by prospecting potential partners either with cold or warm calls/emails; 2)conducting follow up with calls and or email communications,
3)set up discussion, delivering presentations and demos;
4)support deal structure and pricing and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals to ensure the targeted revenue is achieved;
5)closing, which is marked by the acquisition of new partner.
• Log, track and monitor the acquisition process to maintain business relationship and contact records.
• Collaborate with presales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
• Identify potential opportunities to grow the company's foot print and analyse prospecting partners' needs and industry trends to offer proper solutions.
• Participate in industry and community networking activities to generate leads and promote the products.

Requirements
- Hold bachelor degree from any major.
- Have min. 5 years of experience in financial services industry with proven track record in the partnership acquisition field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good analytical skill and detailed oriented.
- Strong desire to drive growth and results.
- Familiar with fintech and payment industry and terms.
- Comfortable and own good self-confidence when dealing with mid-level, senior executives and directors.
- Passionate, self-starter with deep self-motivation.
