As the Product Manager for Onboarding & KYC, you'll own the following areas of our product:
  • Customer onboarding in multiple SEA countries, and collection of KYC information
  • Automated and manual verification of KYC information.
  • Building tools for internal teams to support various Ops processes.
  • Anti-money laundering (AML) screening.
  • Integrations with various external services for verification of ID, personal and business information.
All those systems should support our operations across all the SEA markets Aspire is serving.

You will build solutions for our customers as well as internal users, implement fast account opening for our customers with the best user experience, build automations to verify their information faster, and enable smooth internal operations.

You'll own and define the product roadmap for Onboarding & KYC. You'll work closely with our Head of Compliance, Operation teams, and the rest of the Product team to build, maintain and enhance those systems.

Responsibilities
  • Build solutions for customer onboarding for multiple countries, and support Operations teams in various KYC processes.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
  • Manage all lifecycle stages for your products, with end-to-end responsibility for their success: timely releases, successful internal communication, users adoption, compliance.
  • Define and track key usage metrics of your products to track their adoption and improve them.
  • Work with QA engineers to review test plans.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Aspire's products, market, and competition.
  • Support special projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Previous working experience as a PM for minimum 3 years. We don't require past experience of working in a fintech company.
  • Graduated from a top university.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with agile product development processes.
  • Fluent in English
