Our client is a leading FinTech company providing a one-stop digital payment solutions for merchants and financial institutions to accept a comprehensive suite of payment methods in emerging markets across Southeast Asia. As part of their growth, there is now an opportunity for a rising star to join their team as Head of Physical Security.
Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Physical Security will be involved in :-
- Developing, maintaining and updating investigation related policies, standards, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
- Planning, organising and managing multiple investigations across different jurisdictions globally and ensure all investigations comply with legal, corporate security and customer needs.
- Preparing high standard investigation reports and providing recommendations for actions to minimise the loss and mitigate control deficiencies.
- Supporting and implementing investigation training, including presentations and workshops.
Profile
To qualify, the potential Head of Physical Security should meet the following criteria :-
- At least 10 years of relevant physical security experience.
- Proficient and experienced with investigate techniques.
- Proactive, passionate, humble individual that loves to build and lead a team.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
