Blockchain.com (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and diligent Compliance Manager to support the Compliance function. You will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. Your main responsibilities are to work on regulatory Compliance strategies and implement our programs for all Compliance topics, such as Licensing, KYC, Transactions Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Reporting.
Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Controller to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Controller's behalf. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses.

Blockchain.com (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and diligent Compliance Manager to support the Compliance function. Your main responsibilities are to work on regulatory Compliance strategies and implement our programs for all Compliance topics, such as Licensing, KYC, Transactions Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Reporting.
- Support the business on all Compliance matters and ensure the business is in alignment with license requirements globally
- Work on AML/CFT Policy, standards and operating procedures & controls and ensuring effective implementation of the program firm-wide
- Work with technology and product teams in assessing and mitigating technology risk and regulatory risks
- Conduct reviews on the adequacy and relevance of regulatory and Compliance strategies, policies and frameworks, and oversee enhancements to address control deficiencies
- Implement and conduct regular Compliance training programs on an ongoing basis to educate staff on the relevant regulatory developments, Compliance policies and Procedures
- Ensure AML and CFT requirement fulfillment for new product and service developments
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Compliance roles of an internal scope (AML/CFT, Compliance in financial services industries)
- Experiences in the blockchain space is a plus
- Broad exposure to APAC region Compliance issues
- Experience in developing and administering internal controls and processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions
