Our Client is one the largest Global Financial Instituition with a strong presence across APAC, EMEA and America. They are constantly reinventing themself and is now looking for a Senior Business Migration Manager to be based here in Singapore for their APAC HQ.
Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- To define operational readiness and business continuity requirements across business functions.
- To define test approach (component test, regression test, integration test and others)
- To deefine test governance (roles and responsibilities, efficiency metrics framework and others)
- To design the business migration approach and success criteria.
- Define the tools required for the migration execution and supervise their delivery by the various squads.
- Excellent Stakeholder management (Global Audience).
Profile
Technical Requirements:-
- 15+ years of IT experience within the Banking Industry
- Thorough understanding of trade lifecycle
- In depth knowledge of at least one Financial Markets asset class
- Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholders' community
- Agile Practice and use of JIRA or equivalent
- Enterprise scale technical architecture of components / stacks
- Data migration and/or Data Management via database or files
- Front to Back Testing & test automation
- Industry Logging applications like Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk
- SQL
- Experience with an enterprise scale technical architecture of components / stacks (UI to back-end)
- Working knowledge of API integration, real-time messaging ideally in a micro-service architecture
