About the role:

As a Marketing CRM Manager, you will be part of Aspire's Marketing Team. The Marketing CRM Manager will be responsible for driving existing customer engagement and retention by implementing communications via our CRM system.

This role will require a deep understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to identify key touchpoints in the customer journey. If you are an analytical marketer with confident communication skills to help drive Aspire's product adoption, this role's for you!

What will you be doing?
  • Implement customer communication through various channels such as email, push notifications and in-app banners using our marketing CRM system.
  • Create delightful customer experience by developing customer communication journeys for new user onboarding, existing customer engagement and customer upsell opportunities.
  • Collect insights and tailor messaging to customer segments.
  • Collaborating cross-function to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business commercial goals
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Min 2 years experience in CRM Marketing, preferably in B2B startup space
  • Advanced knowledge in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Customer.io, Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa is a plus
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
  • A deep understanding of Aspire's product features and customer behaviour to develop personalized marketing communications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications related
