About the role:

Reporting to the Strategy & Planning Manager, you will be part of the Finance team where you are tasked to help in the strategic planning and performance management of the Group, through market research, insightful interpretation of dashboards, effective use of the firm's capital and the successful execution of our strategy. This will be a unique opportunity to learn key skills in entrepreneurship, market research and strategic planning.

What will you be doing?
  • Support the planning and execution of the company's strategy by conducting market research, deep dives into product P&L and unit economics, and other analyses
  • Continuous review of financial analysis methods, tools and costs drivers to provide effective analysis and help drive good business decisions
  • Collect data and build insightful information dashboards to interpret data across several functions
  • Develop an understanding of the existing business (including products/services, customers, competitors, the overall market and trends) through research and analysis of business units
  • Assist in preparing and improving management reporting to management and investors including running complex data analysis relating to financial forecasting, cohort analysis, product planning, market research etc.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially with Excel (pivot, vlookup) skills
  • Understanding of financial statements and basic financial modelling knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects
  • Able to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
  • Have a passion for finance, tech and working in start-ups
