Team introduction:

The Global Payments team provides payment solutions including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on -- to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance's platform.

Responsibilities:

1. In accordance with the requirements of policies and rules, review whether the payment product meets the regulatory compliance requirements, Anti Money Laundering requirements, information security requirements, Cyber Security requirements and the company's internal control and operational risks and other risk prevention requirements before the product is put into production;

2. Review the main products that have been released according to the above perspectives;

3. According to overseas regulatory MAS, CBI, HKMA and other requirements, deeply understand the rules and regulations of supervision on the business of payment services, extract specific product requirements, and land on products;

4. According to the requirements of channel partners such as banks and payment institutions, extract our contractual obligations, convert them into product rules, and implement them into products.

Qualifications

• Understand the regulatory requirements of at least one regulatory agency for the payment industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge with the regulatory requirements of at least two types of payment products.
• Prior coverage of APAC/ US market is mandatory
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the product architecture of the payment industry.
• At least 10+ years of operation experience in products compliance advisory, Anti Money Laundering, information security and privacy protection assessment, regulatory compliance audit, credit card compliance, internal control and operational risk, payment service contract audit.
• Experience in two fields can be combined for more than five years.
• Pure Anti Money Laundering audit experience will not be considered.
• Prior Project managing experience at the group level are highly preferred.
