ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible for the successful account opening for new customers. You report to the COO and will be part of the Operations leadership team.

This role offers high visibility throughout the company. The scope is of strategic importance to the company.
  • Convert leads into verified accounts ready to transact on our platform
  • Help customers go through sign up, account verification & opening
  • Rally all teams around customer onboarding - Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, KYC, Compliance, Product teams - and oversee cross-functional projects to improve it
  • Lead account opening teams in SG & ID of ~10 people
  • Own the onboarding conversion across the company
  • Monitor and keep onboarding customer satisfaction at healthy levels
ABOUT YOU
  • You have done it before - 10 years of experience; Track record in customer success leadership role, in tech or SaaS company
  • You are resourceful - You may have never faced a problem before, but you will find a solution
  • You are hungry and have the spirit of a warrior - You have a positive attitude, you are self-motivated, hands-on, and ready to learn; Startup life is not always the easiest, but at least you make it fun
  • You make operations run like clockwork - You are highly analytical and structured, you can coach people so they can manage their team autonomously
  • You are customer-obsessed - Putting yourself in the shoes of the customer comes naturally to you. The customer comes first, not your colleague, not your supervisor. You always do right by the customer.
  • You have strong communication skills - You can communicate very well on the phone and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders. Your communication is clear, concise and professional.
