About the Role

As a Channel Partnerships Intern, you will be involved in helping the team in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that can help drive Aspire's growth. The intern will work closely with the Channel Partnerships team to research potential partners, assist with outreach and onboarding, and analyze partner performance.

What will I be doing?
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners, including setting up accounts, providing training and resources, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of partner engagement and retention programs, such as webinars, newsletters, and events.
  • Analyze trends and data of existing partners to identify opportunities in growing Aspire's partnerships, revenue and active accounts.
  • Develop content and guides that could scale support partners in onboarding.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Students or graduates in the fields of Business, Banking, Finance or Marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Structured, critical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Good to have
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners/clients and to create help guides in Mandarin
