Project manager Core banking

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage Core Banking projects from the preparation phase to the final delivery phase
• Provide technical and functional expertise to resolve issues
• Assist project contributors and stakeholders throughout the project
• Ensure appropriate communication on the project
• Collecting and reviewing user requirements
• Analyzing, planning, and estimating project activities
• Describing technical, functional, and organizational specifications
• Coordinating project activities of different teams and stakeholders
• Providing appropriate reporting from operational stakeholders to steering committee stakeholders
• Providing functional and technical support for Core Banking applications
• Contributing to process adjustments and alignment with the operation and functional stakeholders
• Preparing for production and projects go-live organization, guarantee period follow-up, and closure

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst, with significant contributions to at least one system migration project
• Knowledge of Core Banking systems, particularly in the context of Corporate and Investment Bank activities
• Knowledge of Global Banking, Corporate products, and related IT system constraints
• Knowledge in systems migration projects, particularly in a banking context
• SQL and Unix, Technical IT knowledge

The Project Manager will manage and steer Core Banking projects for platform merge and evolution projects, providing technical and functional expertise on issue resolutions, assisting project contributors and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate communication on the projects, and supporting Core Banking applications.
