RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the incumbent will ensure that business practices and conduct adhere to relevant laws, rules, and regulations while exercising sound ethical judgment.
You will be required to collaborate closely with business units to detect and manage regulatory risks and evaluate risks during business decision-making while considering the interests of key stakeholders and safeguarding the company's reputation.
You will participate in the establishing and execute policies, standards, and procedures that comply with applicable regulations.
You will take ownership in developing, implementing, and conducting compliance testing and coordinate with business units to address control weaknesses.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position,
- Degree holder
- Min. 5 -7 years’ experience in a regulated financial industry
- Strong Analytical skills and having a investigative mindset.
- Strong inter- personal and communication skills
