About the role:

We're looking for a Marketing Engagement Manager to enhance Aspire's customer experience in the Singapore market. This position will oversee the customer journey from the moment customers sign-up, to ensure optimal results in conversion, retention, and churn rates. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data analysis and possess excellent communication skills to guarantee an exceptional customer experience. What will you be doing?
  • Oversee self-serve revenue, conversion, retention and churn rates
  • Create delightful customer experience by developing customer communication journeys for new self-serve user onboarding
  • Run product-led or promotional campaigns to boost conversion rates
  • Collect insights and tailor messaging to key customer segments
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to execute a remarkable activation experience and user journey for our customers
  • Lead existing customer engagement and upsell campaigns
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Min 5 years experience in Engagement/Lifecycle Marketing, preferably in B2B startup space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with large data sets, derive insights and propose suitable action plans to improve overall customer conversion and retention
  • Advanced knowledge in marketing automation tools such as Customer.io, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications related
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
