Our client is a stable, well-known payment services firm based in Singapore. They are looking for someone experienced in Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Management in the Payments industry to join their team in building and maintaining the risk frameworks of the organisation.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Risk, key responsibilities of this role include advisory on risk matters to the risk committee of the firm, overseeing daily operational risk management matters, identifying and rectifying key risk indicators of the business, challenging the first line of defence, coordinate and conduct RCSA for the firm and developing and maintaining a robust Business Continuity Plan for the organisation.
Profile
- Degree in relevant field
- 6 or more years of experience in operational risk management in the payments industry
- Leadership experience would be beneficial
