Job Description
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Sales and Business Development; experience in Traditional Finance and Crypto industry would be preferentially weighted
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth , excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Go-getter individual with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong understanding of the OTC business, preferably within the digital asset space
- Strong industry / network and connections which could serve as a potential clientele base for expedient delivery of positive results
- Understanding of Web3 Industry trends
- Mandarin proficiency a necessity, Business Mandarin preferable
- Inbound and outbound lead generation
Key Responsibilities: • Drive Sales and Revenue growth • Create, develop and maintain a Sales network • Work closely with other business functions for the purpose of developing the brokerage business • Attend conferences, events, various other partnership meetings to promote objectives of the business • Relationship management / service and support for existing clientele
