Responsibilities
    • Support the People Business Partnering (PBP) team and assigned business functions in day-to-day employee relations matters, translating new people initiatives from the wider People & Talent team to assigned business functions, and operationalizing people and culture-related action plans (e.g., post-engagement survey action planning)
    • Work cross-functionally within the People & Talent team to support learning & development, employee engagement and operational needs for assigned functions
    • Shadow and support other PBP team members
Requirements
    • Keen interest in the area of Human Resources
    • Passionate about contributing to a people-oriented culture
    • Strong empathy and ability to manage sensitive data tactfully
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Creative, approachable, reliable, confident, outgoing and highly motivated
    • Willingness to execute, strategise, initiate and follow-through
    • Able to commit for 5 months (Flexible)
