Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and business developments.
- Support daily operations of the sales and sales-trading teams.
- Assist in the trading process review and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and marketing, to ensure a proper dealing process is followed.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations.
Requirements
- A bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Basic coding skills, knowledge and experience in Python is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starters with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology is a plus
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Immediately availability highly preferred
