Associate Director, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and implementation of company strategy, strategic partnerships, and other organic & inorganic growth opportunities
• Leading cross-unit projects in structuring issue-based work plans, developing hypotheses, driving an overall storyline, and developing implementation strategy to deliver measurable impact
• Taking ownership of work-streams or analysis, designing and conducting analyses, doing secondary research, synthesising conclusions, making presentations
• Engaging and discussing key business issues with senior management in most assignments
• Acting as “business owner” to oversee the end-to-end of delivery of initiatives, ensuring that solutions built are fit-for-purpose and value-accretive
• Preparing presentations and materials for internal and external engagement, including Board, shareholder, prospective equity investors, partners, internal senior management team, and staff
• Managing senior management committees and facilitating management workshops 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines; Master's or MBA would be preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a top management consulting firm or in-house strategy of a Financial Institution or Fintech
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Adept at MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
• Domain knowledge in commercial banking, corporate banking, and/or investment banking
