About the role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager you'll be an integral member of Aspire's marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing return on investment through various digital marketing channels. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to meet our company's growth objectives, as well as liaising with various stakeholders to support their goals.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Campaign optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide regular reports to key stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaboration and cross-functional support: Collaborate with other teams such as content marketing, product marketing, and analytics to align marketing efforts and leverage synergies. Provide support in designing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Testing and experimentation: Conduct tests and experiments to identify new growth opportunities, channels, and strategies. Implement a culture of continuous testing and optimization to improve marketing performance.

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
• Successful track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing budgets at scale
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of platforms
• Well versed with SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent communicator and customer centricity
