The Company
Our client is a growing fintech start up backed by a leading global conglomerate. They are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience to join their team due to business expansion.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will manage and execute IT support for the business units and users, manage IT Support and operations for mixed platform environment that includes technology from Apple, AWS, Google Microsoft, etc. You will run and support operations for the network, cloud platforms and business websites. As an IT Support Engineer, you will maintain, monitor and manage all IT equipment, IT change management and inventory databases. You will also manage external vendors, work on evaluating network security and perform audits and penetration testing when needed. You will also execute IT projects, and work on helping to define policies and standards for risk mitigation and security of the IT environment.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting system platforms and components such as office IT, PCs, mobile devices, networks and cloud management. You will need to be familiar with multiple IT platforms like M365, Google Workspace, Apple iOS, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. You should have strong communication and be able to work independently.
