Job Description
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Producer to help lead and coordinate our blockchain gaming and other Web3 initiatives within the NFT Digital Ventures team. This team member will play an active role within our game and Web3 projects involving internal IP, as well as help to orchestrate various elements of our internal IP and stories to maintain and ensure a cohesive, engaging narrative that enables us to continue building an exciting and compelling ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to further grow and develop an exciting narrative and world for our blockchain gaming and Web3 projects involving internal IP
- Coordinate across various stakeholders (creative, product, tech, marketing, etc.) to bring gaming projects and Web3 initiatives from conception to launch
- Oversee the development and integration of our internal IP to maintain a coherent and compelling storyline and narrative
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure that key deliverables and milestones are achieved on time
- Foster close collaboration with key stakeholders to align project vision, uphold quality standards, and facilitate development of innovative ideas
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics in the world of blockchain gaming and NFTs
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, facilitating clear and effective communication among all stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Business Administration/Management, Interactive Media Design, Computer Science, or a related / relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management / game production, preferably with experience in the crypto / Web3 industry
- Experience in shipping games / Web3 projects from conception to launch
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and the principles of Web3
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate complex concepts into immersive gaming experiences and innovative Web3 initiatives
