ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the payments expert to customers & internal Aspire teams. You make sure our clients are successful at transacting with Aspire, resolve client escalations, and drive for product improvements with the Tech & Payments teams.
  • Manage & resolve payment issue escalations
  • Work closely with then account management, onboarding, support, technical and payments teams to iron aout and improve payment processes
  • Communicate with clients over phone & email as needed
  • Conduct customer research and product analysis, present findings & surface key opportunities for improvements to contribute to the development of our product and processed
  • Provide feedback, create documentation, and help train other teams to provide first support to clients
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have strong technical understanding - You are either an engineer, payments expert, or have a solid track record in a fintech company
  • You are a problem solver - You may have never faced a problem before, but you will know how to investigate the problem and find the best solution
  • You are customer-obsessed - Putting yourself in the shoes of the customer comes naturally to you
  • You are an outstanding communicator - Your replies are concise and clear. You are able to communicate clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
