About the Role

You will drive Aspire's growth among startups and SMBs by working with VCs, law firms, fund admins, industry organizations, and other groups. Working closely with the sales team, you will take ownership of end-to-end strategy and execution in Singapore and beyond.

This role offers the opportunity to build a new customer engagement channel from the ground up - while enjoying support and collaboration within an established team. Success means you will personally have a hand in enabling thousands of businesses to thrive throughout APAC.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead ecosystem relationships - create and capture demand for Aspire's offerings by working with partner organizations, including venture capital firms, law firms, fund admins and industry groups throughout APAC
  • Grow the community - Build and curate a community of finance professionals across the region, developing Aspire as a preeminent partner and thought leader
  • Engage the community - Develop and execute events, programs, and potentially products (e.g. membership and education programs) that attract new customers
  • Increase reach and presence - host and participate in conferences, speaking engagements, and networking events in conjunction with the Marketing team
  • Shaping strategy - Make the case for prioritizing among different market opportunities based on firsthand experience and data, engaging with sales development, marketing, and other teams to drive go-to-market strategy
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 6+ years of work experience, ideally in a metrics-driven sales environment
  • Combination of entrepreneurial, analytical, and commercial attitudes
  • Willingness to "get things done" in the face of ambiguity
  • Experience with community management and content creation
  • Ability to build deep relationships with industry stakeholder
  • A growth mindset coupled with both confidence and humility
  • Experience at a growth-stage technology / software company
  • Passion for working with startups and SMEs
