Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal global user groups to understand their business, processes, challenges, technology solutions, and strategic objectives.
  • Define the functional architecture and ensure thorough documentation of functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Review functional test cases with the development and testing team.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from scoping to implementation, ensuring adherence to agreed parameters.
  • Conduct meetings with project stakeholders at various levels, potentially in different locations.
  • Work closely with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and balance usability with performance needs.
  • Proactively manage project conflicts, dependencies, scope changes, risks, and issues, and communicate them to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational control policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Report incidents according to the Incident Management System.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in business analysis.
  • knowledge of working with client referential data and KYC is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth management / private banking Front Office processes, client referential data, and KYC.
  • CRM experience with tools like Invest Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or in-house tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments and high professionalism.
  • Agile team experience.
  • Technical knowledge in PL/SQL, HTML, XML, and Java is a plus.
