About the Role:

As Digital Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through performance marketing, SEO strategy and execution, and website management and optimisation. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to meet our company's growth objectives, as well as liaising with various stakeholders to support their goals.

What will you be doing?

• Performance marketing: Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels.
• SEO: Develop and execute end-to-end strategies to drive acquisition and traffic, from technical optimisation to content creation
• Website development: Manage execution alongside the coordination of requests, and continuous optimisation of website pages and architecture
• Campaign optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide regular reports to key stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaboration and cross-functional support: Collaborate with other teams such as content marketing, product marketing, and analytics to align marketing efforts and leverage synergies. Provide support in designing integrated marketing campaigns.

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in digital marketing (paid advertising, seo, and website management)
• Successful track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing budgets at scale
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of platforms
• Well versed with SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent communicator and customer centricity
