About the Role

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be accountable for building relationships with customers that are referred by our partners. You will provide them with world class service and ensure they are using Aspire to achieve their goals. This position will report to the Customer Success Lead and presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven sales or customer success manager who possesses a distinctive combination of problem-solving, analytical, communication, and relationship management competencies.

What will you be doing?
  • Be the advocate for customers acquired by our partners and ensure they are using Aspire
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer experience and resolve roadblocks
  • Understand customers' business and finance needs, and be able to provide tailored consultation
  • Work closely with Channel Partnerships Team to provide world class support for partners and their referrals
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, customer success or similar role in financial services and/or technology companies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients
  • Expertise in conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Ability to work with different cross functional teams
  • Has a problem solving mindset
  • Resilience and patience to resolve customer issues
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech
