Project manager for capital markets FX rates

Role and Responsibilities:

• Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across teams and locations.
• Maintain project documents repository.
• Utilize standard tools and templates for reporting and change requests.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders.
• Collect and review user requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate acceptance testing.
• Provide effort estimation for enhancement requests.
• Propose technology solutions.

Candidate's requirements:

• Knowledge of Core Banking service modules, including interest/FX rates, capital market, and accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with remote teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Unix, with COBOL knowledge as an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, Clarity, Sailpoint, Cyberark, and ServiceNow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience or certification in project management methodologies is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services as a Project Manager with Core Banking exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge in SQL and Unix.
