Manager, Product Development (Cyber & Intelligence)

Overview
The Cyber & Intelligence team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services, and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.

The Product Development and Innovation Manager supporting Safety Net, Policy Manager, and new network level monitoring and fraud solutions will focus on product management and support activities associated with all aspects of the Product Management Excellence (PME) model and acts as a business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized product. The position requires collaboration with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to ensure the effective design, development, and timely delivery of Cyber and Intelligence products.

Responsibilities
• Create regional/global delivery strategy and repeatable delivery processes for all activities and dependencies required to successfully support and launch Safety Net suite of products in all regions.
• Partner with development teams to deliver product on time.
• Perform launch-related activities, including managing required implementation tasks associated with new or highly customized product implementation, including marketing / communication and collateral; PME requirements; training and procedure updates; product testing validation, and medium-sized project management.
• Develop and monitors product delivery roadmaps for specific products, including development budgets, and leads segments of the product development life cycle.
• Define business and functional specifications and requirements for new products and services.

Requirements
• Ability to work with technical teams and ensure on time delivery of requirements globally.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues and pain points to provide effective recommendations.
• Strong situational leadership skills with ability to be persuasive/persistent when introducing, championing and looking to gain acceptance of new approaches, processes, and solutions from global and regional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work independently under pressure and with limited supervision.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with regional sales teams and provide them with the knowledge, training and required materials they need to effectively communicate our products with customers.
• Demonstrated leadership in taking accountability and acting with a sense of urgency
