About the role:

As the IT Lead Cloud/SaaS, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration of our IT systems, building and maintaining an internal IT infrastructure which supports business continuity and also ensures security. You will be reporting to Aspire's Head of Information Security and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team of IT and security specialists within the company. Currently there is little need for any on premise administration or physical tasks. We are looking for someone who has experience with cloud environments and Software as a service (SaaS).

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for IT operations and IT security.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices for continuous automation and improvement of the IT ecosystem in a resource efficient way.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, MAS TRM and MAS Cyber Hygiene.
  • Manage the purchase and usage of all licenses, employee hardware and software.Monitoring, analyzing logs and alerts to identify potential incidents.
  • Participating in incident response and disaster recovery planning and exercises.
  • Supporting IT integration operations, including (partly) hardware and software maintenance, backups, and system updates.
  • Providing technical support to internal teams and end-users.
  • Writing user manuals, procedures standard operating procedure (SOPs) and FAQs
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure that new hires have all necessary IT tools and applications.
  • Supporting and driving other daily IT and security tasks
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

Minimum:
  • Good to very good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud computing and SaaS in the tech/banking/financial sector
  • Experience with Slack, Okta, Azure environments, Google Workspace, Python and Jira
  • Someone who keeps up-to-date with the latest IT and security trends and technologies to maintain a strong security posture and IT service environment
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Exposed to AWS, GitHub, Notion, 1Password and Azure Logic Apps, Azure Sentinel
  • Worked Linux environments
  • Software development experience e.g. Python, Go, Bash, Powershell
  • Personal computer science or IT related projects in a personal blog or Github
